บท 141: Headquarters

The car entered the underground parking lot of Glam Queen, Li Na's heart tightened with unease. Her eyes narrowed with instinctive caution. Her experiences here had left her wary, particularly of this exact location. It was in this very parking lot that Lu Jun-hui had been attacked, and despite everything that had transpired, she still hadn't received any clear answers about the real motive behind it from Lu Brothers ever again. 

The questions spun through her mind as the car came to a stop. The parking lot was now noticeably different. The number of security guards had doubled, their postures stiff and alert, but to Li Na, it felt like too little too late. Trust no one, she reminded herself, her hand hesitating on the door handle as her eyes scanned the area for anything out of place.
