Callis, stood beside Rai, his delicate features etched with worry. He placed a gentle hand on his forehead, feeling the warmth of his skin and the steady rhythm of his breathing. "He is deeply asleep," Callis said, his voice tinged with sadness. "But I do not know when he will awaken."
