บท 365: The Seed of Conflict

Lyn's reaction surprised him. While Kazuya understood that she was not the shy and naive girl everybody thought she was. He thought Lyn would understand that Rhys was trying to protect her. Crap, Kazuya looked away. He can't let her know that he feels relieved. Kazuya genuinely thought that Rhys actions would move Lyn. But, Kazuya looked over at her expression. It's not that she isn't moved, it's more like she doesn't know what to do.

"Kazuya, do we still have to go on the date?"

He smiled weakly, "No," Kazuya shook his head. "Tell me where you want to go."
