[Johan's POV]

"I thought you have work tonight?"

"Yeah," Johan said, not taking his eyes away from the flash of information on his laptop's screen. "But I need to finish extracting and sifting through all these data. I can't show up in the office and face Diego empty-handed in case he decided to show himself. Shit! I should have done this sooner. I'm getting dry eyes already."

"That's because you haven't slept yet since this afternoon."

Johan threw Russell a dirty look over his shoulder. "And whose fault was that?"

"You asked for it," Russell shot back with a smirk. His naked body blanketed the bed while he vaped, his legs stretched across the soiled red sheets. The strawberry-scented vapor masked the smell of sweat and sex, creating an illusion of sinful heaven inside the dark room.
