Arthur rushed back to his friends, climbing down as fast as he possibly could in pursuit of his best friend's pulsing mana.

This, to the phoenix, included swinging from one branch to the next with barely any time to rest between the two contact points, crossing great distances with the acrobatic mastery of an ape.

In less than a minute, he had his squad mates in sight.

Darius quietly paced about the dark confines of the great forest, his mind wrought with worry.

Arthur's senses had always been too sharp. Darius would know… and seeing the prince like that only made the Warlock worry as well.

What if Arthur was right and there was indeed something watching them? It was impressive enough the prince could tell that this unseen gaze was different from that of a Sonar Ape but that didn't calm the Warlock's mind one bit.

Instead, he paced about, trying to calm his mind and remind himself of the countless possibilities.
