บท 178: The Wandering Prophet (II)

Li Mei Palace

A young lady in her twenties was sitting in the swing beneath a tall tree. She simply sat there with her eyes shut and one of her hands on her slightly large belly. From time to time, she would softly pat her belly as she gently swung on the swing.

As she closed her eyes, she was able to feel the warmth from what little sunlight there was touching her face. Winter had arrived and the young lady was wrapped in many different layers of white clothes to keep her and another life in her belly warm from the bitterness. Despite the dew or coldness, her long silky was still beautifully designed to suit her title.

The scene of Li Gui Fei peacefully sleeping on the swing had caught many different eyes and the servants in her palace all had peculiar looks on their faces. They all gathered in a hidden corner of the palace and pondered to themselves.
