บท 144: The Traitor  

Yaun'dcha slipped out of the bedroom, shutting the door quietly behind him. Breathing the first breath of pheromone-free air he had had in a while, he felt his body shudder.

His mind and body were practically begging him to turn around, to go back and please the female. He had barely spoken more than ten words to her, really. It was barely enough to learn her name, and yet every cell inside him demanded he return to that bedroom and swear his complete obedience to her.

And in his line of work, he couldn't allow that to happen. He was only obedient to one male, and even that was too much for him.

Letting out a long, disgruntled sigh, Yaun'dcha pulled out his comms and pressed a single button before placing the device against his ear.
