บท 7: The Dark Truth of One Piece

He then put on the same clothes and went to do exercises, he didn't believe that in his current situation he would beat Arlong, so he started with the training method, not the super bald one, but Maitou Guy's, one hundred and fifty squats, if you get it wrong, three hundred sit-ups, if you get it wrong, five hundred push-ups.
And he continued like this. Already in Arlong park, there was a Muloc reporting the disappearance of Chew, Arlong laughed and replied right away:

Herick started doing push-ups with his blackened hand.
He made a thousand and fell down exhausted, and called Tom:
"Tom, give me a milkshake, condensed milk and strawberry."
Tom dressed as a bartender, and juggled, and finished Three, and gave one to Herick, one to Nojiko, and one to Nami.
Herick took it and instantly recovered from his tiredness, Nami had never taken something so good; Nojiko had already taken it, but she thought she was going to get addicted to Tom's food and drinks.
Herick then recovered, gave a malicious smile and said:
"Well, defeating Arlong I'll need a navigator, after all this sea is treacherous, but after all without a navigator I think Nojiko will die with me sooner or later"
Nami took the bait and said:
"I can be your navigator"
Herick pretended to be confused, but his acting was bad, the two noticed him, gave a dull smile, remembered something and left and went to the bathroom and spoke to the system in his thoughts:
