A very new idea I've seen a manga with a similar theme where the mc gets isekai'ed as a fish and has a system that helps him evolve into a dragon maybe this story is inspired from that, 2 chapters available as of now and this 5 star review is for the great potential of the story and it seems good so far too.

Horrible comedy (if you can even call it that). It always starts with the annoying system making random remarks and deducting points to where the Mc responds with random "funny" gibberish.
