บท 17: She Is My Childen’s Mother, And She Is Already Half Of Me

"Good morning, Ms Yoona." The assistant said and smiled at him.

"Good morning. Do you say you accepted the offer for me to film with them? Rosalina asked and frowned.

"Yes, I did." Her assistant, Hana said.

"Why? I thought I told you, I don't want to participate in filming, huh? Rosalina asked frowning.

"But you have to take this offer because there's so much to gain from it. I'm your manager, and I think I know what's best for you." Assistant Hana said and smiled.

"Which is the right thing for me? I'm not going to do it, so cancel it." Rosalina said.

"Please, just try it, okay? I promise you'll enjoy it, and I've done the necessary research into their projects. I promise you there's nothing to worry about it, Ms. Rose." Assistant Hana said.

"I hope so," Rosalina said.

Her assistant smiled and nodded her head.

"So what the heck is the next step?" Rosalina asked.

"You should dress up and look good. The manager said.

"Okay then," Rosalina said.

"The make-up artist will be here soon. Your clothes will be delivered with them." Assistant Hana said smiling.

Rosalina furrowed her eyebrows;

"Why all the paparazzi?" We are not shooting or going to an invited event so why all this?" Rosalina said just then the make-up artist arrived as the maid opened the door for them to enter.

"Please come forward." Assistant Hana said, introducing Rosalina who rolled her eyes rose from her seat, and turned to her assistant, who encouraged her to be patient.

"We are here to make you look amazing. It's nice to start working with you, Ms.Yoona." One of the makeup artists said, smiling.

"Thank you for coming, please come with me," Rosalina said. She walked to her room changed into the new clothes and applied some light on her face as she had instructed the make-up artist to apply for her.

Rosalina paid for the new clothes they brought for her and the makeover after they were done with the makeup.

"Thank you, Ms. Yoona, we look forward to working with you again." The senior makeup artist said and smiled friendly before they left.

Rosalina took her bag and walked back to the living room where her manager was sitting while waiting for her.

"Wow, the makeup is simple, but you look so natural and beautiful." Rosalina's beauty was admired by her assistant, Hana, who said and smiled.

"Thanks for the compliment. can we go now? Rosalina said while she turned to the nannies and asked them to take care of her children while she also told them not to take them out.

"Okay, ma'am, you can rest assured." One of the maids said while Rosalina left the house with her assistant.

"How is it?" Lee Gu Won asked his assistant to tell him about what he had sent him to do.

"Ms. Rosalina left the house with her assistant already to sign the film deal, because she will be the female lead and will need to know her roles to play and other important stuff for the film production." Assistant Hyun said to his boss.

"Okay. Call the Director and producer who is in charge of the filmmaking to take good care of Ms.Yoon and be gentle with her." Gu Won said causing assistant Hyun, who looked surprised to hear his boss say that.

Assistant Hyun was unable to digest what his boss told him because he couldn't believe his ears, that his boss would care.

"You heard me right? Do not make me repeat myself." Lee Gu Won said.

"But the producer may overthink it to mean you have a serious relationship with Ms. Yoona." Assistant Hyun said.

"What is she to me if I don't have a relationship with her? She is the mother of my children, and who tells you that I am concerned about what others think? You should know what it means when I say it, correct? She is my children's mother, and she is already half of me." Lee Min Ho said and let out a slight smile on his lips. Assistant Hyun looked at his boss with astonished expression, but instead bowed and relaxed.

"Okay. I will do as you say, boss.'" Assistant Hyun said and called the Director of the film immediately.

"Hello, director Mun Hee. It's assistant Hyun speak." Assistant Hyun said as he spoke with the director on the phone.

"It's nice to hear you call, Mr Hyun. Does CEO Gu Won have anything to say about our new project? Director Mun Hee said.

"Yes. I called to inform you about Ms. Yoona, the female lead of the film projects you've discussed with CEO Gu Won." Assistant Hyun said.

"Ah, what about her?" The director asked.

"Ms. Yoona is very dear to my boss, and he has called me to tell you to take good care of her and make it possible for her to enjoy her time while filming." Assistant Hyun said.

"I got it now, tell CEO Gu Won, he should be rest assured that Ms. Yoona will enjoy her time with us and that we're proud to have her and work with her." Director Mun Hee said.

"Okay, thank you. I'll hang up now."Assistant Hyun said and turned to his boss.

"I just called him and he said, 'You should be rest assured that she will enjoy her time with them." Assistant Hyun said.

"Get the car ready. I want you to drive me to Yoona's house to meet the kids." Gu Won said to assistant Hyun who left the office to prepare the car and waited for his boss to walk out of the company to hop in.

He opened the door car door and drove to Rosalina's house.

They arrived there, Gu Won stepped out of the car and took the elevator to Rosalina's floor. He walked to her home door with his assistant and rang the doorbell when a maid opened it and was surprised to see a tall handsome man standing out of the door.

"This is CEO Gu Won, he is here to see the kids." Assistant Hyun spoke to the maid.

"I'm sorry, I haven't seen the face before, and Madam Rosalina has permitted me not to let the kids go out with anyone." The maids said causing Lee Gu Won, to throw a cold glare at her.

"Do you know who you're dealing with right now?" Lee Gu Won said coldly that the maid's heart would skip.

"Mr. Gu Won is not an outsider because your madam also knows that CEO Lee Gu Won is the father of the two children." Assistant Hyuns said softly, causing the maid to look up at Gu Won's face and gasp, but she quickly turned away when Gu Won's face became more cold.

"If not because you're doing your job, you'd have been punished for having the courage to question or look up at me like that." Lee Gu Won said and stepped forward to enter the house when the maid was speechless and made way for him to enter.

The other maid was shocked and was about to say anything but the maid from earlier shut her up and walked to her, explaining the situation to her.

The kids saw Gu Won and ran into his arm; "Uncle." Joon Ah reached to his arm and called out.

"I've kept my promise to see you again. How are you little ones?" Lee Gu Won said smiling as the children hugged him.

Joon Woo leaned closer, whispering;

"Are you here to pick us up to see Daddy?" The little boy asked.

In response, Lee Gu Won nodded his head and laughed lightly.

"What are we waiting for? Let go quick before mommy comes back." Joon Woo whispers again.

"Your nannies are so cruel." Gu Won retorted back. Joon Woo grinned and looked at the two nannies who were staring at them;

"As you can see, this is our dad, and he has come to pick us up to go out with him. Do you have any problem with that, nannies?"Joon Woo coldly said and emphasized the plural word, "Nannies"

The nannies were speechless as they shook their heads, saying, "No, as far as you two are safe and he is your daddy, it's not a bad thing to go out with him." One of the nannies said smiling.

"That's why I love nannies." Joon Woo said smiling causing Gu Won to laugh at the funny smart kids.

Assistant Hyun chuckled as he watched the dramatic children and his boss, who suddenly turned into a father. He had never seen his boss so happy or play with kids, but the scene demonstrates how much he loves the kids and their mother, and how much he will cherish them.

"Come on, daddy, let go out." Joon Ah said looking so excited.

Lee Gu Won smiled and stood up on his feet and held their two tiny hands, he said to the maids, "Tell their mother I take them away, she should call me when she gets back." Lee Gu Won said and left the house with the children.
