A God granted him power, strength, and the ability to harness it, his only request.

For Belial to travel the worlds he wished, Conquering where he went, whether it be the women, the land, the people, treasures, or anything else deemed worth taking.

God did not care for his tactics, his methods, or his reasoning. As long as Belial took as he wanted, and he starts in a world known as DxD, his aim? To take a dragon.
