บท 23: Chapter 23

Maybe he was a coward, but he didn’t have the guts to look at Harley’s expression. He was being so needy, clingy, and desperate, and that was so unlike him. However, that was his true feeling. He had fallen fast and hard for Harley, and he didn’t want them to get separated. He hoped they could stay together always.

Harley abruptly turned and grabbed Connor’s cheeks. A single tear streamed down Harley’s cheek, and Connor’s heart ached a little. Before he could apologize for bringing down the mood, Harley spoke.

“I love you now and forever.”

For a brief moment, the memory of someone saying those exact words came into Connor’s mind, but he shook it off. That was impossible. If he had someone who loved him that much, he would fight heaven, earth, and hell for the sake of their love. He smiled at Harley as he thumbed away his boyfriend’s tear.

“I love you now and forever. You have all of me. My body, my heart, and my soul belong to you. Always.”
