บท 1: Reborn as an Uchiha

They're beating a boy with their legs. The boy is unconscious on the ground. Even then they didn't care. They just beat him up and kicked him away like trash. All the things in the house are broken. The boy is breathing heavily.
But then his body convulsed and he woke up taking a deep breath in horror. He looked around and groaned in pain. His head hurt as he held he saw blood on his hand and panicked he looked around to find everything is broken and clenched his fist in anger.
He thought in his head," Just you wait freaks. Just one night and the next day you'll be kicked so hard in your balls that you pray to your mother you're better not born", the boy is Uchiha Shin. Shin is a reincarnated person with a system called the limiter system.
As the name says he can place a limiter on a particular aspect or all aspects of his body. The number of aspects limiter is placed on will increase the time too. He placed limiter on his body in all aspects. He placed it six months ago when he travelled to this world.
Uchiha shin is mixed uchiha born to a uchiha father and a civilian mother. But what no one knows is that his mother had senju blood although it's low in him now. Seniu lineage can compliment sharingan.
So he placed limiter on all of his aspects. As a result his progress stagnated. His chakra didn't grow from a Genin amount. His strength, will, spirit power, sharingan and other things all are stagnated. Even his sharingan which is a single tomoe.
The original shin opened it when he heard the news that his parents died in a mission. Uchiha though he can grow well since he opened the sharingan at 11 years old, But contarary to their expectations he didn't make any progress until except the initial three body technique which also didn't improve as they thought.
So he became target for contempt since he is good to civilians. Other uchiha children beat him up since they made some progress while shin has to endure it. If it's one or two he may able to fight back. But it's a group of children. He can't fight back with all of them.
So he got beaten by these kids with his un developed abilities. He opened his status and saw the limiter :
