"Sorry to keep you waiting!" A gentle voice suddenly appeared behind Kagetsu.
Kagetsu turned around and saw Minato Namikaze standing not far behind him, waving.
"I didn't wait long; you're right on time, Minato-senpai," Kagetsu smiled in response.
"Jiraiya-sensei told me a while ago that you wanted to learn sealing techniques from me, and I agreed. However, I had to go on a mission back then, so I could only postpone it," Minato said as he walked up to Kagetsu.
"If it's just sealing techniques, I believe Lord Orochimaru can teach you. You want to learn from me to study sealing techniques systematically, right?"
"Yes! Orochimaru-sensei mentioned that only the Third Hokage, you, and Kushina-senpai can teach me the complete knowledge of sealing techniques in the village," Kagetsu nodded.
Minato rubbed his head and said, "Kushina doesn't mind me teaching you the sealing techniques of the Uzumaki clan, but some of the secret techniques require the Uzumaki clan's special physique to use."
"I just want to learn the knowledge related to sealing techniques; you can guide me as you see fit, Minato-senpai," Kagetsu replied gratefully.
"Sealing techniques are quite a complex system. Mastering them takes time. Do you have time now? I heard that Orochimaru-sensei's Technology Development Department is always short-staffed," Minato said softly.
"Of course, I have time." Kagetsu nodded. He hadn't even maintained his Shadow Clone today.

Combining sealing techniques with ninjutsu to create a new technique isn't unheard of.
For example, his Flying Thunder God technique was developed by building upon the Second Hokage's Flying Thunder God and incorporating the Uzumaki clan's sealing techniques, making it his own version.
"Let's stop here for today. Tomorrow I'll organize some scrolls with relevant sealing knowledge for you," Minato said, glancing at the sky.
Today was just to assess Kagetsu's understanding of sealing techniques, so after achieving his goal, Minato said goodbye and left.

The boy, named Shin, nodded at Kagetsu. Though his face was expressionless, Kagetsu easily caught the spark of curiosity in his eyes.
"You can leave for now. Just remember not to leave the Technology Development Department," Orochimaru said, waving his hand at Shin. He called over a ninja from the department to lead Shin to a room.
"It seems you really like him?" Kagetsu asked Orochimaru quietly.
Having spent time with Orochimaru, Kagetsu wouldn't say he understood him completely, but he was sensitive to his emotional shifts. Especially now, the unhidden joy on Orochimaru's face was easy for anyone with a keen eye to notice.
"He's an excellent specimen! And he came to me willingly!" Orochimaru licked his lips and looked directly at Kagetsu.
"His medical examination report is over there. You'll be surprised by his uniqueness after you read it!
