 King Damien gently put down her hand. He had seen enough. He saw the destruction. He saw how they killed the gifted children. I even saw it in my mind while reading Damien. He sighed and nodded. 

"Very well, Goddess." 

"Guards!" He called. "Take Eliza here," He said. 

 I turned to Nicodemus Del Ria as he took out a potion from his pocket, probably the portal. Calvin smelled it right when he opened it. However, Luther was fast as he held Del Ria and the potion fell on the floor. The small bottle didn't break and it just made a sound. The King's eyes were murderous as he glared at Del Ria. He lifted his hand as the vial flew to his hand. 

"You! It's you who killed Princess Althea." 

"Your Majesty," He knelt. "I was protecting her!" 

"Protecting her?" He asked sardonically. I stood still and glared at Nicodemus.
