บท 225: Airport

In order to not disturb Leo when I wake up tomorrow morning, I quietly took my luggage and headed towards the master bedroom to sleep. Since Father was still in the study room, presumably working, I had the whole bed to myself for the next few hours. However, after tossing around the bed for awhile, I still couldn't get to sleep, maybe due to the pressure. I couldn't help but think about how I will face Kane for the next few days. Although I'm sure that Walker would arrange something for me, I couldn't trust him at all and could only rely on myself.

As I thought about these issues, I noticed that Father had already walked into the room. He saw me with my eyes still opened wide and shook his head with a slight smile, "Can't sleep?"

I nodded humbly and looked at my father with my softened eyes.
