บท 11: Into the World of Godzilla
When Junko woke up, Kon was still asleep in her arms. 'So cute.' Kon had his arms wrapped around one of hers on her side cuddling up to her, still having his tails wrapped around the two of them. He also had one tail of his wrapped around the same arm he was hugging.
Not wanting to move her other half, she just laid there smiling softly and brushing his hair, to which he started purring and smiling. He was finally starting to come to, and he wasn't awake completely so when he opened his eyes and saw Junko in front of him, he just moved closer.
Just letting him be, she just accepted and let it be. About 30 min later he finally woke up enough to recognize the situation and with a red face almost fell out of the bed. Jumping up, ran to the bathroom door in the room and closed it behind him. "I'm gonna get ready first!" He pretty much shouted through the door. Junko just giggling to herself about that side of him.
After getting out after about 15 minutes looked much better and still with his tails and hair wet slightly after shaking them off in the shower. Junko, seeing the opportunity went over and told him, "I can dry that for you if you want to."
Kon looking at her with a smile said, "Sure, if you have a way to let it dry out then please would you. I'm okay to let it air dry." And with that, she makes the magic dry his tails and hair with a blast of hot air. Just like a hair dryer, and Kon was absolutely loving it, just purring away at the feel of it going through both.
After drying she just brushed it and Kon, not really noticing, just sat in her lap and leaned into her, and allowing her to do her thing. Junko just brushing was having fun feeling the soft fur get even softer.
After getting ready they both went out to the big screen and asked Iroh, "Hey Uncle Iroh, what world are we in now? I know we moved away from the previous one, so do you know where we are?" Kon asked, following Junko in how she called him. Iroh just said back to them, [We are in a world where there is little human influence at the time. To be fair I want to tell ya but I think that you can go there yourself and you'll be quite surprised]
Kon and Junko both looked at each other, and decided between the both of them to just go down themselves. So when they got to the new world, they didn't see much.
"He wasn't joking when he said there wasn't anything around. Here, jump on me and I'll just walk around." Kon said. And with that, he transformed into his real body, and come to find out, he had grew to around 150ft.
"Huh, I grew. Didn't expect that. Oh, does that mean that I'll get bigger when I grow stronger?" Kon talking to himself, Junko however just looked at him in little shock. "When could you do this?" She asked him.
"Oops, forgot to tell ya huh. Yeah, this is actually my real body. And I've actually grown since the last time I was in this body. About 50 feet or so from what I can tell." Not realizing that Junko had thought that he was only a Kitsune this entire time. Junko, just accepting this as one of the quirks of her significant other, just made herself fly up to his head, and just sat down.
"Alright then, since there's pretty much no one around, let's try to find somewhere to just stay down here. Our home away from home I guess." Kon said. However, before they could far, the started to feel the ground shake. They heard stomping coming from their side, and when they both turned, they saw that there was a giant creature off to their side, however also saw it fighting multiple others at the same time.
"So I figured out where we are." Kon said. Junko, curious asked him which world. Kon just replied, "The world of Godzilla." Junko just confused, and Kon feeling it through their connection, started to explain. "In this world, or supposed to be, there are giant creatures, there are only a few of them in front of us. However, there are many more. The ones in front of us that we are watching fight is one side called the Gojira, or the species that Godzilla is. The two others are part of the species called the Muto's. Those nasty things prey on individuals and are parasitic in nature. I don't quite like them." Kon explained. "I'm going to have to let you see the movies. You can go to the Observatory and then return. It'll only be a moment for me since Uncle Iroh can control time to slow down for me and speed it up for you. But first let's help this guy out." And with a nod of confirmation from Junko, Kon started running towards the others. The Gojira, noticing the newcomer and the others looking at what the Gojira was looking at, started getting ready to.
Kon was not running at full speed since he didn't want to have Junko fly off and also using a little magic to keep her on his head and not having a ton of wind hit her. While he did that, he also prepared some magic and launched it at the Muto's. The Gojira, realizing that Kon was helping him, started to attack the Male Muto's also. Since there was only two of them, it allowed the Gojira to focus on one and Kon to focus on the other with Junko also helping here and there with just some blasts of magic towards the eyes of the Muto.
Kon had asked Junko, "Hey, could you get off real quick, I wanna do something real quick." Junko, curious as to what he wanted to do, started to float up and just watch. Kon, seeing the Muto coming from the front and diving at him, spun around and hit it with his tails. With that happening to the Muto so quick it couldn't fly out of the way and got hit, and got tossed a ways away, digging a trench into the ground. Dazed, he didn't get up real fast, and was slightly staggering, however was still okay overall.
Kon, wanting to test his new power, started to copy a well known fox from a ninja show, put his tails into a fan shape. With that, he started to condense the magic in front of him, using his tails as stabilizers since it's his first time trying this. 'Huh, so these allow those giants to keep their energy under control, even with how much they were using at the time.' And with that, started to grow the magic into a ball, although instead of purple, his ball was a swirling mass of both black and white.
'It's almost like Yin and Yang' Kon thought to himself, and when he felt that it was enough, he stopped supplying it, the size of the ball reaching about 50 ft across the center, and launched it at the Muto that was far away.
The Muto seeing it coming tried to move out the way, and flew up, only to find out the ball was following it. And when it looked back to see it miss, it was surprised to see it in its face. Not able to even process it, the magic detonated. The blast causing a massive explosion in the air. The remains of the Muto falling out the sky, all charred and falling to pieces. 'Did I just one shot that thing? I didn't even put that much of what I could in it.' Junko just as surprised, floated down back onto Kon's head.
"What was that?" Junko asked Kon. "It's just a bomb made of magic, but I just used a little bit of what I'm able to use, but I didn't think it would do that." Kon looking at the remains still falling. Finally hitting the ground with a thud.
The other two, hearing the explosion go off, stop fighting to turn and see the ball of fire in the sky, and seeing the remains of the other Muto falling. The other Muto, realizing that it was going to die if it stayed, flew off before the Gojira could react.
With the enemy it was facing having escaped, turned to Kon. Walking over, both Kon and Junko hearing it walk towards them, look at it and see what it was going to do. As it got closer they could see that it was big, very big. It was a little over 200ft. The Gojira, recognizing them that they were friendly, started to talk to them.
"Who are you?" The Gojira asked them. "I'm Kon, and this is my partner Junko." Kon replied.
"You can understand it?" Junko asked. "Yeah, you can't?" Kon replied.
"No, I can't." And with that, they both look back to the Gojira looking at them.
"Well, I don't know what you are, but for whatever reason you have, you helped me out. Let me return the favor. Follow me." And with that the Gojira turned around and walked away. With nothing else to do, Kon and Junko followed it.
As they were walking, they started to see a lot more of the planet. Still without any human influence was different to Kon, who was used to it, but none the less was able to enjoy it regardless. With Junko she was just enjoying the fact that she was finally in the open, enjoying the fresh air with the one that saved her. Eventually, they came to a tunnel in the ground, in which the Gojira walked towards and went into. Kon, knowing what it was, followed, but put up a magic barrier to help with Junko, since he didn't know if it would affect her or not. And as they went down into the tunnel, both of them felt a shift, and after some more time traveling, made it to the other end.
"So, this is Hollow Earth?" Kon asked, although to no one in particular. He had always seen pictures of it, but seeing it for himself, well it was something totally different. Still, the Gojira continued on, and eventually made it to the home of the Gojira.
There was only the Gojira, Kon, and Junko alive in that place.
Everyone else was just bones.
