Mr. Davis continued to rummage through the purse, scattering all her belongings which ended up falling on the ground until he found what he was looking for.

"So you are planning on betraying me huh, Jasmine? After everything that we had gone through just so that we could be this close to achieving our dream goal, you plan to turn your back on me?" He asked her with a tone of disappointment. "You are such an embarrassment", he spat. Never in his wildest thoughts did he think that Jasmine, his daughter whom he had been grooming to achieve all his goals could betray him in such a manner. Earlier, when he was answering his phone call, he saw her shadows from behind the door, eavesdropping on his conversation. That was where he started having his suspicions about Jasmine.
