Alex looked in the direction Tina was staring, but the people started to move away. They worked like a living organism, moving at the same speed and manner, almost like army members, but an army of fancy clothes and long dress tails.
None of them looked at them as they moved as if they were superior somehow. Alex looked again at Tina, who was once more anxious about the situation.
"Trust me. Everything will be okay," Alex muttered, and she tried to breathe and calm herself. Still, she was clearly having difficulty doing it.
Ratamir got close to them, followed by Ravi and Bogath. The priest following them the whole trip sneaked away and followed the court members inside the caste, probably going to file a report to the court.
"Relax, kids. She's just making a statement. Reassuring her power," Alex had a similar hunch. If they had something on them, they would've already imprisoned them.
"You don't know them," Tina muttered, looking to the ground.
