บท 27: She Missed Bryan
Bryan could be seen looking at his phone and smiling to himself. He brushed his hand across the screen of his phone staring at the photo of the girl that has succeeded in making him fall foolishly in love with her.
Bryan looked at his phone wondering where she might possibly be. It has been three days since he saw or hear anything from his angel. He would have call her but he didn't have her contact and Ciara has also refused to give it to him saying she has been forbidden from doing so.
He continued to swipe through her photos in his gallery and chucked when he remembered how he use to sneakily take those photos. Some of the pictures on his phone were taken in the class, some in the garden, some in the library, some at the restaurant while some are taken whenever she comes to their house for delivery.
Is she also thinking about him as much as he is thinking about her. Did she also miss him? Bryan wondered chewing on the inner part of his lower lips. He looked at his phone again and realized that as many as the photos were, there is not even one where she smiled. He sighed wondering how much longer he will have to wait to see a smile on her face. What else will he have to do to make her smile. Nonetheless, he miss her soo much and couldn't wait to get back home. He smiled to himself but then the smile wiped off almost immediately as the thought of her been with Adrian crossed his mind.
He has been seeing a lot of Adrian and Jeremy around her lately and he knew that there is high probability that either Jeremy or Adrian is with her at that moment.
He looked at himself in the mirror adjacent to where he sat and he almost laughed at what love as done to him. He didn't even have fun with any lady since he came to Los Angeles at least they had been to club the night before and the old him would have make the best use of the opportunity. But then the thought of only one lady is what clouded his mind and that lady was Bianca. He has been really sad when they were told their flight has been delayed.
He fell back on the bed and close his eyes to rest but then change his mind as he roll to his side and pick up his phone to call their manager.
As he made to dial the number, someone else's call came into his phone interrupting the process. He looked at the caller's ID and smiled.
📞 " Hey sis ".
📞 " Good morning brother. How are you doing today? ".
📞 " Good, and you? ".
📞 " Well, i am doing great. Are you back yet? ".
📞 " No ".
📞 " Why? I thought you said you guys will be leaving Los Angeles as early as possible ".
📞 " Yeah i did, but then turn out their is a little hitch in our flight ".
📞 " Oh, sorry about that. Have you gotten those stuff i ask you to get me yesterday? ".
📞 " Yeah, i already knew that was the only reason why you called ".
📞 " How could you say such a thing to your sister. I called to check up on you but then you just crush my pride making me look like a bad sister. I am hurt brother "
📞 " Well, i know what i said was right ".
📞 " No, it not ".
📞 " Yes, it is ".
📞 " No, it not brother. You know i love you right ".
📞 " Say that to your boyfriend ".
📞 " Well, i already did. This one is for you ".
📞 " ARIELLE!!! ".
📞 " Tch, why did you scream my name like that? ".
📞 " You have a boyfriend? ".
📞 " No, i don't ".
📞 " But you said.... ".
📞 " I was only playing along. How could you even think i have a boyfriend? ".
📞 " Why then do you sound nervous? ".
📞 " What are you talking about, you are just imagining things ".
📞 " Now you sound more nervous. No problem, we will talk about this when i get back ".
📞 " There is nothing to talk about. Bye! " She said quickly ending the call.
Bryan looked at the screen of his phone with a frown on his face. He knew from the way his sister sounded that his suspicions her true. That girl, how could she get a boyfriend at her age. She is barely sixteen and she is already getting boyfriends. He will make sure to break the head of any boy he see close to her.
He drooped his phone completely forgetting about the call he wanted to make before his sister's call came in. He closed his eyes to sleep his pushing the conversation he has with his sister aside.
Minutes later, he woke up to someone tapping him repeatedly. He cursed loudly opening his eyes in anger.
" Jason! Jason!! Jason!!! " He screamed making Jason move back a little.
" You just disrupt my dream again ".
" Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh " He screamed banging his fist on the bed while twisting ridiculously.
How dare Jason disrupt his sweet dream. How could he wake him up just when he was about to kiss Bianca.
He heard someone chuckled and turn to the direction to see Jason.
" Did you just chuckle? ".
" Like did you just f**king chuckled? ".
" How could you chuckle ".
" Did you know the damage you just cause?. Do you have any idea about the gravity of your offence? " Bryan yelled making Jason burst into a fit of laughter.
Jason needs no soothsayer to tell him the sort of dream he disrupt. Bryan has been having the same kind of dream lately and every single time one of them either Jason, Chris or Justin end up waking him whenever the dream is about to get to it climax. Bryan had told them about it and warn them to never wake him up again but still they have to if not Bryan might spend the whole day in bed.
" Are you laughing? How dare you laugh you killjoy " Bryan said slowly stepping down from the bed with a pillow in his hand. Jason ran out of the room immediately to avoid a pillow attack.
Bryan sank into a couch in the room and run his hand through his hair in frustration. Maybe he need to start locking the doors to any room he sleeps in now.
" Get ready, we will be leaving in the next fifteen minutes and don't think too much about the dream everything is going to be fine " Jason said popping his head into the room with a smile on his face. He laughed a little when he saw the look Bryan was giving him but was quick enough to run off shutting the door loudly behind him when he noticed Bryan cunningly removing his flipflop. His laughter echoed behind him as he ran.

Bianca sighed and walk out of the classroom heading for the restroom when she heard someone call her name. It was a male voice, No, in fact it was Ryan's voice. She has known him for too long not to recognize his voice.
" Bianca " He kept calling out her name and every single time he calls out her name, She felt his voice getting closer and closer which made her guess that he is probably running or jogging towards her.
She stopped walking and within a minute he was already standing in front of her. She looked at him waiting for him to state his reason for stopping her but every time he opened his mouth to talk he end up closing it back.
Ryan has indeed stop her to talk to her but standing there in front of her staring into her cold eyes, he loosed his tongue. He had no idea what to say. He knew he should apologize but what was he to start apologizing for.
Bianca watched him stand in front of her opening and closing his mouth. She hissed and walk past him as she grew more pressed.
Ryan turned and watching her retreating figure, he couldn't help the tears that dropped from his eyes. He miss his crazy girlfriend and he want her back. He has noticed the way the guys in their class flock around her and he felt jealous. Guys from richer background whom he stand no chance against. Before they know her she was his, she had loved, trusted and adore him but he had broken her heart. After he loosed her that was when he realize how much he loves her. But he is not going to let go, he is going to get her back no matter what. He has realise his mistake and is ready to make amends.
