It continued in the same manner.
Since the weather stayed warm and dry, there was no reason for Cael and Ginevra to hurry with building a more solid shelter than their branch hut. This left them free to explore the island for useful or dangerous things.
Mostly, there were former. They found a grove of fruit trees which, while unfamiliar, were sweet and not poisonous, and met several wild boars. There apparently were no predators on the island, but some plants were acutely poisonous.
Cael found it the hard way when he stepped into a shrub that put a rash all over him. But this was how he found that Blood Mage System could heal the consequences of poison, too.
On the third day, Ginevra found a stream with clay on its banks. Cael was gleeful to see it.
"We have pots and plates, but with this we can make a roof and walls for our hut that won't have holes. We can probably even fire them," he mused aloud.
