'I will do my best, Cael!' System promised. 'It won't take a lot of Blood Points. What do you want to say? Try to put your words in basic concepts—this thing isn't very sophisticated.'
Cael sensed the mood of the magic in the door. It was utterly neutral. The magic didn't care for humans either way, although there was a subtle undertone in it, suggesting that an attempt to break the door will be met with forceful retaliation.
He thought about what he knew of the legacy of the Twilight Twins. They cared about their creations, at least to an extent. The Blood Trial was harsh, but it didn't let those "not ready", from what he heard earlier.
Cael concentrated on an idea that he sent to the System. It was a simple one.
Although Cael wasn't a vampire, he wanted to enter the Blood Trial for vampires' sake as well. For the sake of Irmilla, German, Janus and for the sake of every vampire that will inevitably die when the Starspawn army arrives.
Cael's greatest power is the power of reasoning. But some call that plot armor.
Btw, do you remember the REASON there will be SALE on PRIVEGE next month?
WIN-WIN!
