บท 390: You brought this upon yourself

"I'm scared of sleeping on my own. Can I sleep in your room tonight?" She finally said. Her voice sounded shaky and provocative, making one's imagination run wild.

Lu Shaoting tried not to look at her body. "Sure." 

He stepped aside and let her in, going in after her. 

Not waiting for him to tease her, she climbed into bed and covered herself then lay stiffly, not even daring to breath too much. 

Lu Shaoting laughed at her actions that were akin to those of a scared kitten. "How many times have we shared a bed?" 

Su Ling wasn't going to buy that statement. Of course they had shared a bed many times, but he wasn't always in the same condition that  he was this time. Not to mention, he had taken a bit of wine. Right now, he looked like the slightest form of provocation would make him erupt. 

But she really couldn't sleep on her own tonight. What choice did she have? 

He bent over to kiss her face. "Go to sleep."
