He shrugged, "But I want to. You are my queen and I intend to treat you as one."
She sighed, "Fine. I give up on trying to convince you, just do what you want."
He nodded and closed the door behind her. The kind of joy he felt was supposed to be humanly impossible. Declan had almost jumped up in joy when Mia woke up in his bed, in his hand that morning. His joy had tripled when she had asked if she could make use of his lawyer's service for her divorce. She couldn't keep pushing it back.
"Okay. I hope you are ready for our next stop."
