Ch-175 

"Are you okay?" Maximus asked. 

He could see that the sun was starting to rise and show its heat to them. But before he could leave with her, he wanted her to be calm. He knew she was torn between accepting Andrea as her mother. 

"I am," Lenora said as she lay on his chest. Maximus got someone to build a small wooden house beside the lake. Every time they come, they bring out some mattresses for them to lie down on. 

Maximus lay on the mattress, while Lenora was on his chest. He rubbed her hair lovingly. 

"Lenora," he called out softly. 

"Hmm," she hummed. 

"Are you thinking about Andrea?" he asked her. 

"I am," she said. 

"I will listen to your thoughts," he said.
