บท 132: A New Journey

The sky was slowly breaking after their wild night, revealing the slow rise of dawn.

The light outside the window gradually grew brighter as Lan Xi lay in Fike's arms, sound asleep.

After some time, the couple finally woke up.

Cisco and the other three professors had been patiently waiting for Fike for quite a while in the Imperial Court.

Fike woke up first.

"Lan Xi! Lan Xi! It's time to wake up!"

He nudged her gently.

Lan Xi opened her sleepy eyes, only for a wave of drowsiness to wash over her again.

"Let me sleep for a while more, okay?"

Lan Xi muttered lazily.

Fike smiled.

"Lazy pig, get up! The sun will set before you do..."

Under the covers, Fike reached his hand down Lan Xi's body again.

His fingers were extremely nimble and skilled as he found the cave from yesterday.

However, Lan Xi did not react as startled as she did last time, and fought stubbornly not to budge from her sleep.
