Alfred who had no other options began narrating all that happened to Elizabeth. And luckily for him, Catherine was able to come up with a solution for him.

"Alfred one more thing you should know is that it is not entirely true that her stomach ache was caused by the food she ate. Stress must have attributed to half of her pains so make sure to let her rest after you have given her the medicine," Catherine advised in a calm tone.

"Ok, I will do just that but Catherine I have a bit of a problem," Alfred said sounding disturbed.

"What is it, say it?" Asked Catherine in a tone that says she will do everything within her capacity to help him.

"Although I want to so much go to the pharmacy to buy the medicine you told me about, I can't leave Liza alone in that condition...,"

"Hurry up and go buy the medicine I will check up on her before you come back to make sure that she is ok," Catherine assured as she urged him to hurry down to the pharmacy.
