บท 197: The past

Su Ruomei spoke about her life event. Similar to the urban literature, after kicked out of the military, Su Ruomei clashed with Su family later after she had a hard time finding similar jobs such as in the police force.

The family of the person she had feuded with destroyed every official path she liked to take. Even a small job was annulled because of their intervention.

Because Su Ruomei was merely from a side branch and the opposition's action didn't cross her family's red line and their strength wasn't something to ignore, her family did nothing. 

Not mentioning, if she was personally attacked, the family might take some action to protect her, but it was her companion instead, who didn't have any background.

They wouldn't offend others since the cost outweighed the benefits. The real clash between her and the family began when they decided on her life without any consultation.
