"You want me to kiss you?" Karan said, head dipping lower as if he wanted to kiss her neck. He was yet to believe what she said.

"Yes, I want you to," she said, glaring into the mirror with a smile. He chuckled, sending cold shivers to her fragile body. Priyanka held her breath as she waited for him to speak. She was so nervous; she kept on swallowing, it sounded loud to her ears. Even her breathing sounded loud, even her heart beats. She was afraid for a time she ceased listening to her brain completely.

"Women... women, you don't know what you want" He raised his eyes and stared at her. In the mirror, his pupils were dilated. He was looking at her so hard like he has never seen her before. "Your heart is pounding, wifey."

"What?" Priyanka thought she would stop breathing when he said that. "It's normal, you are hearing it wrong"

His lips curled into a naughty smile and asked "Since when? You are sounding like a drum, dear."
