Song Heping initially thought Mr. Turner would make things difficult for him because he had released the prisoners from the Madheh Army.

That did not happen.

Mr. Turner came by helicopter.

He arrived in a hurry.

The reason he rushed over was due to an emergency situation.

This emergency situation was, in fact, quite straightforward.

Yesterday, the bureaucrats of the Reconstruction Project Committee had a meeting, during which they passed a resolution demanding that Hassan Oil Field and Cook Oil Field must resume production within two months, or the oil field contract with Wood Company would be canceled.

Wood Company, of course, reacted very strongly, expressing the strongest opposition.

But, Mr. Wood soon realized that his protests were completely useless.

The issue ultimately involved a conflict between the Donkey and Elephant parties.

Hassan and Cook were major oil fields. Though not the largest, their output could definitely rank top among all of Illiguo's oil fields.
