Allen was absent from the office when Lilian arrived. The only person she encountered was Aiden, who was seated on the sofa. He gestured to her, and she joined him by sitting down beside him.

"Did my brother mistreat you? Your eyes look red and swollen," Aiden inquired, turning to look at her.

Lilian let out a sigh, and tears began to flow. She sniffled, prompting Aiden to swiftly offer his handkerchief to wipe away her tears and then pull her into an embrace.

Allen pushed open the door to the lounge and emerged, his gaze darkening as he observed Lilian with her face buried in Aiden's chest. She was sniffling, and Aiden extended his handkerchief to her.

The scene sparked anger within him. Lilian is his "future partner" and the mother of his daughter, while Aiden is his younger brother. There should be a boundary on how close they can be.
