บท 11: LOVE NEVER LOST

The conversation he had with Jane made the man's tiredness go away a little so now David decided to call his driver to come here.

A few moments later someone came knocking on the door of his room making David immediately get up from his seat and walked towards the glass.

"Come here!"

A man in black clothes while looking down also came and approached David, who was currently turning his back on him.

"Mr. Young called me?"

"Yes, please make me something for lunch. I want you to cook it for me."

Hearing that made the driver smile. He nodded his head even though David wouldn't see it so he was now speaking again.

"Okay, I'll be back later."

"Okay, now you can go," said David and turned his back. He saw a man who had been a driver and accompanied him for a long time had just left his room.

David smiled. Even though the man could have ordered food that might have been quicker to get, he preferred to wait for the driver's cooking.

This one worker's cooking was better than any restaurant, so David wanted the driver to make a meal for him this afternoon.

***

A girl is in her room. She had just finished taking a shower when she accidentally saw her phone ringing, making her who knew it immediately sighed as she walked over to the thin object.

"What did you call me for?"

"Hey, you're so rude. I just wanted to ask how you're doing."

The girl who heard it immediately sighed for a moment before finally speaking again.

"Okay, already?"

A man on the other side snorted in amusement after hearing the girl's answer.

"You don't want to ask how I'm doing, Miss?" he asked with raised eyebrows.

"What for?"

"I missed you," he said softly. "You didn't miss me."

"I have a name, don't call me Miss!" The girl took a deep breath. "My name is Natalia."

"But I'm used to calling you by that name, how about that?"

Hearing that made her who knew about it immediately sighed for a moment before finally pinching the bridge of her nose for a moment.

"It's up to you, I'm tired of warning you."

"Good, so now I can call you Miss without having to listen to your annoyance again."

"Still I'm mad at you!"

A man who was on the other side also pursed the corners of his lips in a smile.

"Miss, I just came back from the hospital."

"What am I doing there?" she asked with a furrowed brow. "Didn't I tell you not to see her?"

"What's wrong with me seeing your mother, huh? I care about you and your mother, Miss."

"But I don't need your concern."

This was too common for a man on this one. He sighed for a moment before he finally pursed the corners of his lips into a smile hearing what the girl had just said to him.

"I miss her, Miss," the man said. "That's why I came to see her, and we should be married by now."

The girl who heard it immediately sighed before finally lowering her head with teary eyes.

"I'm sorry," she said quietly. "This is all my fault."

"Hey, you don't need to apologize like that, Miss. I never felt that this was your fault because after all this is fate, we just have to wait for that moment to come."

"But I can't shake this guilt of mine forever."

Circumstances required them to agree to wait for the person they loved so much that now Nathalia took a deep breath with one hand scratching her forehead that didn't itch.

"Enough, don't let you drag on, Miss. I like you, so you don't have to doubt my feelings anymore, because my feelings for you never go away."

Even though the man knew that Natha still felt sad over all this. He kept the girl from taking revenge because he was worried that something would happen to her if Natha did everything herself.

"I don't doubt you at all, but … I miss my Mom."

Natha lowered her head with tears in her eyes, the girl was trying desperately to hold back her tears, but it didn't work to make her who knew about it immediately sighed.

"Hey, are you crying?" asked someone on the other end. "Don't be sad or I'll see you there right now."

"No, I'm not crying at all," said Natha, now wiping her tears again. "You better do your job."

"I know you're lying, Miss Natha."

The atmosphere was instantly quiet with Natha, who was currently silent, frozen in place after hearing a voice so familiar enter her senses of hearing that made her who knew about it immediately sighed.

"Miss," someone called back there. Meanwhile, Natha is currently bowing her head with her eyes closed because she is unable to contain her sadness anymore, making the man who saw the girl's shoulders tremble and immediately approached and took her into his arms.

"It's okay, Natha. Mommy will be fine, be patient, she will surely wake up soon."

"I miss her," Natha muttered in her hoarse voice. "I miss everything about him, and I'm … lonely."

The man who heard it immediately sighed, even his arms tightened just to calm the girl who was with him at this time. He rubbed Natha's back affectionately, he was really worried about this one girl.

"You don't go there anymore, do you?" he asked with raised eyebrows. "Don't go there until I tell you to, Miss."

"Could you stop calling me Miss? I don't feel right, just say my name is Natha."

The man chuckled again when it turned out that the girl was still annoyed with him. He took a deep breath before he finally nodded his head and said, "Okay, Miss Natha."

There was a clicking sound from someone who was in his arms making him who knew this immediately chuckled.

"I mean, Natha," the man continued.

The atmosphere was quiet again with the two people currently enjoying the comfortable hugs created by each other so it didn't feel like it was almost night now.

"Natha," he called smiling. "You want to sleep?"

"Yes, I'm getting sleepy," replied the girl. "Could you accompany me before returning to your house?"

Hearing that the man immediately nodded his head so that now he also carried Natha and brought her into the room to lay her on the bed like a bride. Meanwhile, Natha, who was treated like that, smiled at the face of the man in front of her with such sincerity.

"I love you."

"I'm more."
