บท 94: The Act of giving

Zia Benedetta wiped the pool of sweat from her forehead, determined to do everything she could to fulfill her very recent desire. She sat across from a business accountant who was crosschecking facts and figures. 

She called Victor, who had been handling her finances for over a decade, earlier in the week to tell him about her plan to restore the town she had grown up in. 

Victor, just glad to see she was finally going to spend out of all the immense wealth she had gathered so far, immediately halted his trip abroad and rushed down to cater to his favorite client. 

He was a bit disappointed when she asked that they meet at a park way out of civilization. He had secretly salivated at the thought of tasting one of her delicious meals.
