Kadyn sat on his plush chair and looked at the contract that he had signed with a smirking face. "Now three of them can't do anything to retaliate. On the contrary, they have to listen to my every demand. Most of all, the danger has gone, and I can go anywhere in the city without worry."

Then he frowned. "Barret said the people of Rirus Empire had been killed while traveling back and mother had vanished mysteriously without a trace. What does that mean? Did someone save her? Didn't father go after her? If he successfully rescued her somehow, then where are they now?"

Kadyn's brows creased and wrinkles formed on his temples as he pondered hard about the situation, but to no avail. In the end, he shook his head and put the contract away and stretched his arms and neck before standing up as he muttered with some expectations. "Let's check out the Level 1 Meditation Room."
