Keagan stared in Belle's direction as much as Belle glared in hers. Hansel must be with them if Dacian was escorting the little princess to their table and picking a table with more than two seats. When Keagan shifted her gaze, she saw how Hansel was speaking to the same person who welcomed them earlier. After all, the reservation was under Wren's name.
Since the girl scoffed at the idea of her being around, Keagan just left her be. She attended to their empty table, hoping to recall the food she ordered. When a trolley came over to serve them, the chef assigned to them even did a fancy trick of flames.
Their soft gasps of awe and applause were the last sounds Keagan heard. They all ate in silence as if they were strangers sharing a table instead.
