Chapter 18

First Night

"Thank you." Tears swell in my eyes, joy springing in my heart. I stayed with my family members all my life and never for once did I feel love. But here, God just threw the exact definition of a soulmate towards me. 

"I hope this thing between us stays forever or as long as it can stay." I do not know when but somehow my hands cup his cheek as I stare with the way I feel, nothing but love.
