Kier was brought to the Indigo Peak. Saffron didn't want Kayra, his innocent little girl to meet this calculative, manipulative boy. But as the little princess had requested to meet him in person, he could only let them meet once. 

If he knew Kayra was worried about that 'calculative, manipulative boy', he would have let the boy die directly in that sand mummy state!

"Go. Don't speak anything unpleasant, don't mention the things that happened yesterday." Saffron warned him. Kier didn't reply, rather he moved forward and pushed open the den's entrance.
