I have similar idea for my new novel but I have other skills so my book doesn't revolve around that specific skill. I personally prefer reading manga and never read web novels but I like to write books.
Author your story has a good potential , i don't know how much you will continue your journey but i hope you will conclude it happily . Novel writing quality is good , yeah starting chapters may take a toll but still it readable and understandable , story potential is good taken by reference but it's still good/ excellent but don't make it plot Armour just don't make it .... make it look like he is hardworking or else it will not be much enjoyable this much only i will tell . thanks for writing the novel hope your journey gets conclude.

5 stars just cuz there's a villain tag. Hopefully Mc is actually evil and not some trash antihero. Will wait till more chapters are out before reading
