บท 214: One down, one to go

Anastasia's cry brought the fight to a halt, Belladonna glanced but she knew Brian won't let her just leave now, Nicolas stood with Ezekiel before him, and the other two Wendigo behind him, no one could move in to help the vampire countess.

"Farewell, sister..." Guile said but as she grabbed his wrist with both hands another hand grabbed his elbow.

Knife-like fingers swung blindly striking up and severed Guile's arm by the shoulder, he wailed staggering back to see Deno there glaring with rage as red as the blood on his fingers.

Deno looked to his sister "I'm sorry for the wait"

"Took you long enough" she hissed clenching the arm lodged in her chest.

Deno carefully drew it out and helped her upright "How's your heart?"

"He didn't crush it yet" she insured.

"Good" he said holding that arm by the wrist and leveled it to Guile like a bat "Because now I'm going to beat you with the blood end of your own bloody arm cowardly swine!"
