"We'll be going out and we'll be harvesting a few of the New Locacacas, okay?" asked Gabrielle. "Take care of Mikaela."
"MA'AM, YES, MA'AM!!!" saluted Narcos and Foo Fighters.
"We will be your baby's parents and please each other while you're gone, MA'AM!!!" yelled Narcos.
"When you phrase it that way, I have a weird feeling that isn't very pleasant," sighed Gabrielle. "Let's go," she told Mercuria, Nick, Monroe, and Victoria. "The Locacaca Farm is just up ahead."
Narcos and Foo Fighters sigh as they sat on the seats next to the baby.
"What is... intellect?" asked Foo Fighters.
Narcos turns to her. "No idea, honestly!" smiled Narcos.
Narcos squints her eyes. "Why didn't you kill us like you killed the animals in the forest?"
"You people technically created me," said Foo Fighters. "I have absolute obedience to you and Gabrielle JoJo."
Narcos sighs. "I am grateful for that... But I don't think that's what intellect is."
"How did you deal with it?"
"What do you mean?"
"I know... That you guys told me not to read your minds too much because it's rude..."
"You learned how to masturbate by reading Gabrielle's mind... yeah..."
"But... I read your mind... and it just begins with your birth... Which is when you woke up in the sand of that strange place you call a beach..."She blushes and fidgets. "Goodness if I get my hands on that water..."
"Stop fidgeting. That's weird."
"Right! But...How do you cope with not remembering who you are?"
"I have no idea..." sighed Narcos. "I honestly have no clue. I just learned to live with it, you know? Live with who I am now... My intellect comes from my memory..."
"That's strange..."
"Why?"
"No... it's... nothing."
"Tell me."
"Well, you know how men's souls taste like bulls? And you know how women's souls taste like cows?"
"What?"
"Well... you taste like a cow."
"What do you mean?"
"Your soul... belongs to a woman."
"What? That makes no sense!" laughed Narcos.
"And... your body is over a thousand, but you're... actually only about 32."
Narcos is pretty weirded out by this conversation. "Well... Whatever..." he sighed, leaning back. "Maybe Rock Humans' sexes and bio-clocks are all jazzed up.Anyway!" he leans closer."What do you want to do?" he asked all singsongy, smiling sweetly.
"We~ell..." she said singsongy. "We could play a game!"
Narcos smiles. "Sure! What game?"
"Hm," she thought. "How about arm-wrestling?" she asked excitedly. "I saw some weird guys doing that before near the base of the mountain! It looked pretty fun! They were all woged and stuff!"
"How about an arm-wrestle without using our Stand Power?"
"Whoa! How do you do that!?"
"Just don't woge!"
"Whoa! You're such a genius, Narcos!"
"Hmhmhm!" He grabbed his chin. "Aren't I, now?"
"No! You are! You really, really are!"
"Heheh!" laughed Narcos.
Meanwhile...
Gabrielle and Victoria sneak into the farms while the others keep watching for enemies. The farms contain trees with green fruit and red stripes. The farm appears in a terrace form and reaches about 1,000 hectares.
"How friggin' weird. You're Blutbad but you don't smell Blutbaden," said Monroe.
Nick looks at Monroe with a "Boundaries, dude," face.
"It's okay. I remember my sister would say these perverted kinds of stuff to me. I'm used to it."
"That's pretty concerning," said Monroe.
"My sister was harmless. She liked women. If she was alive, you guys would be fine."
"Ermes?" asked Nick.
"Yeah... Oh, right! You knew her!" smiled Mercuria.
"She was studying to be a cop and she became a very close ally of ours after we saved her from a Rock Human 15 years ago.Narcos told us that there were these three pages that were torn off from that book."
"What book?"
"The JoJo Family Biography and Encyclopedia. It ends with Gabrielle's dad talking about Stefan... but before it is three pages that are torn off."
"Three pages?" asked Nick.
"You wrote there. I remember you wrote at least 200 passages."
Nick shakes his head. "The last few pages were written by Miguel. After your sister died... I...I couldn't bring myself to walk into your Earth... I was relieved... that Miguel told me to stay...I was just ashamed about what happened to him. I never could foretell what happened next."
"It wasn't your fault," said Mercuria.
"You're going to kill the woman who killed your sister," said Nick. "I should warn you... It won't be better."
"Gabrielle told me that you killed the man who killed your mother," said Mercuria.
"Yeah."
"Did it feel good?"
Nick sighs and softly nods while looking up. "Yeah."
"Exactly."
"But... I will say that it didn't change anything. It didn't change the truth."
"Which is?"
"My parents were dead because of who I am. Your sister died because of who she was."
"What was my sister?"
"Just a woman. She was going to get killed by a Blutbad in the streets."
Before... 15 years ago...
"We found her while she was fighting off a Blutbad alone. She woged and wanted to eat her. Then Miguel and I appeared..."
"ORA!!!"
*SPLAT!!!*
The woman's face crashes into the brick wall, which breaks into pieces.
"Oh, God! Grimms!" she cried. She woges back to normal. "I promise I won't try and kill her no more!"
"She ran away. Then we learned that she was a young student in a High School Nearby. She was 17 at the time. She was studying to be a cop. I found her to be extraordinarily well at understanding how to fight and kill Wesen. So we joined her in our secret crusade against the Rock Humans...We hunted together. Ate together. And fought together. ~In secret...~But one day...She was killed...By Kesha. After stealing one of the New Locacacas from Tooru, Ermes Gloria Costello, your sister, was slaughtered by the Rock Human Kesha. Kesha has a terrifying ability that makes her unkillable. She was stabbed 30 times.I tried to save her, but I couldn't find the body. I found the trail of her blood, but it led to a rock nearby the ocean. She had the New Locacaca. And both the fruit and her were gone."
"What beach was this?"
"Burnham Beachside," said Nick.
Mercuria is put into a train of thought.
"Why?"
"That's where we found Narcos. The New Locacaca could do Equivalent Exchange, right? How does that work?"
"I don't know..." said Nick. "Only Miguel was the one who truly understood how the New Locacaca worked... But I do know that it has something to do with properties of Fusion and Death Hamon, Hamon that controls the Soul... or Intellect."
Meanwhile...
"Why'd you decide to help us?" asked Gabrielle.
"You know... Reasons..." said Victoria, as she grabbed another New Locacaca.
"Be serious," said Gabrielle. "We're sisters, right? Shouldn't we... I don't know... Bond?"
"We are not sisters."
"Sure we are! We have the same Dad!"
"And different mothers! We're half-sisters."
Gabrielle sighs. She thinks for a short moment. "I'm doing this because I think that it's my fault Dad died."
"I told Salvi my father's location after he kidnapped me from school. He was with our version of Rick Sanchez. He threatened to kill my mother, who was being strangled in front of me."
"Oh..." said Gabrielle.
"Then I got a Stand... and I found myself in your Universe groveling to God for an answer... Someone who could kill Salvi. And I got an answer. Tooru. Our deal was that if I worked for Tooru, Tooru would kill Salvi."
"Did he?"
"Yep."
"So... Why'd you join us?"
"Because I'm our Dad's daughter...I don't agree with fascism as much as Dad didn't."
"Dad did believe in freedom."
"He just didn't know how to begin a foundation of a state to prove it."
Gabrielle smiled. "For Daddy."
Victoria nodded. "For Daddy."
Meanwhile...
Both Narcos and Foo Fighters grab each other's right hands with their elbows on the table.
"3... 2..." said the pair. "1... GO!!!"
*THUD!!!*
Narcos loses.
"What!?" asked Narcos.
"What? Why? What's wrong?" asked Foo Fighters. "Did I break your bones? Oh no! I broke your bones! I'm so sorry!"
"No, no... How are you this strong!? You've won 36 times!Again!3... 2... 1...!"
*THUD!!!*
Narcos loses.
"3... 2... 1..."
*THUD!!!*
"3... 2... 1..."
*THUD!!!*
"GAH!!!" Narcos scratched his head.
Foo Fighters copies him. "GAH!!!"
"No. I'm angry."
"At... me...?" Foo Fighters bows her head and pouts.
"Whoa! Whoa! No!" laughed Narcos. "I'm just mad that I can't win!"
"Sorry..." said Foo Fighters.
Narcos closes his eyes and laughs. "Haha! It's okay!" he smiled as he pats her head.
Foo Fighters pats his head as well.
"Whoa! Your hair feels like silicon!" smiled Foo Fighters.
"So does yours!" smiled Narcos. "What's silicon?"
"It's the stuff I'm made of! I'm a colony of Diatom Algae!" smiled Foo Fighters. "Our anatomy has a unique feature of having a cell wall made of hydrated silicon dioxide."
"Whoa! I understood none of those words! You're the genius!"
"Haha! Thanks!" laughed Foo Fighters. "Whoa... what are those?" Foo Fighters looks outside to see beautiful golden lights floating in the grass.
"Fireflies," smiled Narcos.
"Those are fireflies!?" asked Foo Fighters. "They used to be so big when I was... we were... an alga..."
"Foot Size doesn't matter! Foot Size is just a number! Now yours is bigger than theirs!"
"Yeah! My Foot Sizers are bigger than theirs! Thanks, Narcos!"
"Huzzah!"
Meanwhile...
"That's so weird!" said Gabrielle.
"What is?" asked Victoria.
"There was this whole deal about him thinking that the world doesn't need him anymore... Turns out we do need him," said Gabrielle. "Why did he keep telling himself that?"
"You do realize that Dad had Future Vision, right?" asked Victoria.
"So... what are you saying? Dad knew that he was going to -?"
Victoria nods sadly.
"Do you think both versions of our Dad... knew that it was our fault?"
"You should realize that Dad loved us and didn't care..."
"So we shouldn't care?"
"No. I'm saying that we should never forget... but always forgive.Love yourself, Gabrielle. You're a hottie outside and inside. Own it, girl."
Gabrielle smiles and turns red. "Thanks."
Nick looks out for enemies. "There's a barn over there."
"Should we check it out?" asked Mercuria.
"Can you guys smell anything?"
Monroe turns to Mercuria. "Just like we practiced."
The pair woges and sniff the wind.
Nick tries to sense breath inside the barn.
"Can't pick up a scent."
"No one's breathing in there either. It's safe."
Nick flew up and toward the barn.
"Nick's really into that new flying power of his," said Monroe.
"He can fly because of wind, right?"
"Yeah."
"Can he still survive in space?"
Monroe turns to her with a look of "Seriously!?".
"What do you think?" he asked.
Nick enters the barn, swiftly and quietly. He sees a table east of the barn with several dusty books laid on the table. He looks around. He opens the books. They're blank. "What kind of person puts blank books all over the table.Wait...."
Nick shines a UV light on the books and sees writings.
Nick's handheld transceiver turns on. It's Monroe.
"Nick? You okay?"
"Yeah... I found some Diaries..."
"Maybe we got lucky this time and you meant a teen girl's diary from some teenage rom-com."
"Nope. Grimm Diaries. The Rock Humans collected a lot. And by a lot, I mean... a lot. About 86 different books...Haven't even seen these Wesen yet."
"'Wesen'... That word is so weird," said Mercuria.
"'Cryptidos' begs to differ," said Monroe.
"I found something," said Nick.
"What is it?"
"Something dangerous. I think I found the page you were talking about, Mercuria."
"What?"
The First Page is laid before Nick.
"It's the first page...It has the Reviser. It's written in scribbles... must be Gem language."
"From the Event Made in Heaven!?" asked Mercuria.
"Yeah... I'll try and take these books. Get in here. I'll need your help..."
Later... they loaded the bus with the 86 Grimm Diaries and several Fruits of the New Locacaca.
"What do you think it says?" asked Gabrielle.
"I have no idea," said Nick. "We'd have to ask a Gem."
