บท 168: 168. Grimm ~Maharlica~
Maharlica is a fictional country that was first encountered in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Grimm. Maharlica came from the Tagalog word for "free man" (maharlika). It was arranged by Miguel JoJo in the hopes to create a world of peace and prosperity where "no race is below another", an idea that is frequently challenged in Miguel's life as the President.
Geography
Maharlica is a Multiversal "Empire" split into currently eight worlds, Earth Grimm, Earth Prince, Earth AT-1278, Earth SB-129, Earth TAWOG-5311, Earth SVTFOE-11815, Earth C-137, and Earth SU-52113.
Each Earth is very different. For example, Earth Grimm and Earth Prince are fairly the same, butE Earth AT-1278 is missing a crater where Russia used to be, and Earth SU-52113 also has a large hole on the Russian territory. Earth TAWOG-5311, meanwhile, is fairly small and is about the size of the other Earth's moons. It only has one continent, which is the United States of Cartoon America. Earth SVTFOE-11815, meanwhile, constantly vibrates because it is a fusion of two Earths. Earth C-137, meanwhile, lacks the island of Madagascar. Earth SB-129, meanwhile, has a massive island on Bikini Atoll where under its oceans has entire underwater continents.
History
In the official year of 2036, Miguel JoJo became the President of Maharlica and arranged for the first few worlds, Earth Grimm, Earth Prince, Earth AT-1278, Earth SB-129, and Earth TAWOG-5311 to become one "Empire" where he ruled to unite the worlds and destroy the "bad blood of races" (tensions between races) and the "cancers of society" (Social Issues). He created hundreds and thousands of strict laws for each country.
In 2037, controversies emerged as Miguel tried to make the nation anarchist, destroying government completely where anyone could be free. He realized that he could never do this as the world was "truly perfectly imperfect" and therefore decided to quit.
In 2039, Miguel JoJo successfully colonized the five moons and solved Overpopulation.
The five worlds' boundaries were all taken down, except for the United States of America because of the hidden Dictator President Doughnut Trumpet. Not until 2040, when the United States fell. He successfully united the multiple worlds into one nation that helped the poor, hungry, and those in need and destroyed evils like corruption, tyranny, enslavement, crimes, and many others of the multiple worlds' problems through the Hellsing Organization.
In 2040, Miguel successfully colonized Mars with the help of Elon Musk and Rick Sanchez.
In the year 2041, three more worlds (Earth SVTFOE-1185, Earth C-137, and Earth SU-52113) joined the Multi-World Empire. Also, the American-Maharlican war occurred over "freedom of America." The people were divided with their view of President Miguel JoJo after the brutal defeat of President Doughnut Trumpet and his battle against Lord Marvel prior to the MaharlicaN-American War.
Culture and Religion
Miguel JoJo did not focus much on culture and religion, rather, focused more on fixing the world's problems. However, he did offer "Share Day," where the world would learn to understand each world's cultures and religions under strict orders of having no conflict.
Supernatural Forces
Stand Battles, Hamon Battles, and Spin Battles have become a cultural norm in every world since 2038. No one really minds at this point.
Politics
Maharlica is a completely liberal "Empire". It is only called Empire because of Earth Prince's traditional Emperor, Josuke Higashikata, who actually holds no power in the government other than having a word in the council. Also, the country is mostly capitalist but is socially equalist.

Its current President is BMO from Earth AT-1278. He was elected and won against Neptr from the same world. Both parties, however, were personally nominated by Miguel JoJo, who established a two-party system with the pair.
The Council Members are President Erik Williams (Earth Grimm), Prince Josuke Higashikata (Earth Prince), Princess Bubblegum (Earth AT-1278), President Mayor Judge (Earth SB-129), President Nigel (Earth TAWOG-5311), Queen Eclipsa Butterfly (Earth SVTFOE-1185), President Donald Obama (Earth C-137), and Steven Universe (Earth SU-52113).
A strong ally of Maharlica is the Gem Homeworld of 4th-World.
The only former enemy of Maharlica was the United States of America of Earth Grimm. This was because of an unknown conflict between President Doughnut Trumpet and President Miguel JoJo. Miguel JoJo was painted as the bad guy by many, but many also argued that this was Doughnut Trumpet because of the multiple claims in America of Trumpet's tyranny. The reason remained secret.

Earth AT-1278=The post-apocalyptic main setting of the TV Show Adventure Time and the homeworld of Finn and Jake.
Earth SB-129=The main setting of the TV Show Spongebob Squarepants and the homeworld of Spongebob and Patrick.
Earth TAWOG-5311=The main setting of the TV Show The Amazing World of Gumball and the homeworld of Gumball and Darwin.
Earth C-127=The main setting of the TV Show Rick and Morty and the homeworld of Rick and Morty.
Earth SU-52113=The main setting of the TV Show Steven Universe and the homeworld of Steven Universe. It is also a former colony of the 4th-World Gems.
Earth SVTFOE-11815=The main setting of the TV Show Star vs. the Forces of Evil and the homeworld of Star Butterfly. It also used to be two worlds, Earth and Mewnie.
