บท 2: Awakening
[4 years later]
(General POV)
*Knock Knock*
"Itachi are you all ready for school?", a long red headed woman said opening the door to a small black haired boy looking out the window.
"Yeah, i'm ready" said the young Uchiha
"Well lets get going then, the said smiling at her child.
Listening to his mother, Itachi makes his way out of the house into the car. And onto the road to his school.
(Itachi POV)
'Its been 4 years since i was reborn into the world of My Hero Academia. The red haired woman who is driving me to cool is my mother. She used to be the third best hero, with her Hellfire quirk, right behind her older brother Endeavor and All might being number one. That is until she happily retired after finding out she was pregnant with me. She a good mother, shes always been patient with me. Never raising her voice at me anyone else would feel her wrath , but then again she never really needed to sense it was pretty obvious that I was very mature for my age. However that didn't stop her from babying me.
(General POV)
The car stars to slow down until it stops completely. Looking to his right, the young Uchiha, sees his school.
"Well we're here now. Have a good day at school okay.", the young woman as she smiled at her son.
"Will do!", the boy said closing the door.
Watching as his mother drove off, the boy sighed looking back at his school. Why? Because almost every kid in his school had already awaken there quirks. Meaning no chakra and no sharingan.
Walking through the halls of the school the young Uchiha is greeted by most of his classmates. Despite not having his quirk Itachi was still rather popular for his looks and how smart he was. But their were those with envy and petty hatred for him. Though they would never say anything publicly out of fear of being shamed by the whole school.
Now in class,the Uchiha stared out the window, deep in though waiting for time to pass.
(Itachi POV)
'I should ask mom to take me to the Todoroki household. Shoto is my family now, so I should try what I can to help keep his relationship with his mother and siblings intact. The beat way to do that is through his sister, Fuyumi.'
*ring ring*
Snapping Itachi out of his planning, the bell signaled the start of recess. While all the other students were running outside to play and using their quirks, Itachi was walking to his spot under a large blossom tree. Although Itachi was popular around school he never made an efforts to become friends with anyone. His mindset was still that of a 17yr old, so he wouldn't have much in common with these children.
Sitting up against his tree, Itachi closed his eyes and eased his mind. Surrendering himself to his thoughts once again. Just as he was getting comfortable his body began to rise in temperature and his body began to ache.
'What the hell is happening!? Is this my quirk awakening? Or is this Itachi's past illness? I need to call my mother now"
Rushing toward his teachers, he asked them if he could call his parents because he felt sick. They let him do so, taking him to the front desk to make the phone call.
After informing his mother that he felt ill, she drove as fast as she could in her car, even breaking traffic laws if needed. The usual 30 minute drive turn into 5 as she pulled in front of the school. As she rushed into the building she was taken to the teachers lounge where she saw her son laying on his back. he was breathing heavily and his temperature was already more the feverish. She swiftly put the boy in the backseat. Instead of going to the near hospital, she went the hospital with the best doctor she knew, her husbands'.
[At Hospital]
A black haired man just now leaving from preforming surgery hears the intercom of another doctor being called to the ER for a four year old boy.
After the announcement was over the doctor went into the break room for a bottle of water. after situating himself he takes out his phone that was turned off while he was preforming surgery. powering on the cellular device the man was met with numerous missed phone calls and messages from his wife. After reading the messages, he recalled the announcement of a 4 year old boy. His heart skipped a beat. Immediately getting up from the couch the man rush to the ER.
(Itachi POV)
Opening his eyes, the young Uchiha looked at this surroundings.
'It looking like i'm in a hospital. I must have blacked out in the car.'
Removing the wet towel from his forehead, the Uchiha slowing removed the blanket and off the bed. heading to the restroom, Itachi noticed himself in the mirror. Looking at his eyes. Although they were just his normal eyes he knew his quirk had awakened. He could feel the familiar energy coursing throughout his body. Closing his eyes Itachi focuses on his eyes, then opens them to see scarlet red eyes with a single tomoe.
The boys face stayed calm, but on the inside he was ecstatic.
'Finally I have my Sharingan, which also means i can use jutsu now.
[Outside hospital room]
"As of right now there is nothing medically wrong with your son. And for the sudden spike in heat, it was most likely due to the awakening of his quirk. Meaning he'll be just fine." said a doctor with an amulet around his neck and a name tag with the name Dr. Bright on it.
With that being said both parents breathed a sigh of relief. With one parent looking quite happy with the fact that her son inherited her quirk and the other failing to hide his sadness that his enhanced eyes quirk wasn't. Noticing this the red head started gloating which embarrassed him even more.
Both stopped what they were doing whem they noticed the had been opened by a four year old boy. Both ran and hugged their son saying nothing, simply enjoying the embrace. Even though they were informed he would be fine they still worried, as parents should.
Speaking up the young Uchiha spoke
"My quirk has awakened!"
"That's wonderful, care to show us?" his father said hiding his bitterness.
"Yeah but we have to go outside for me to show you."
Both parents looked at each other and nodded
"Sure let's go to the parking lot", the red head spoke with excitement and anticipation to see her quirk.
