Kendall was laying down on the luxurious vintage couch in her husband's office and he made her rest her head on his lap while he stroked her hair gently..

He wanted to make her sleep after hearing about her not sleeping much but Kendall didn't wanna sleep..

"Is it true you once proposed to that lady?" Kendall couldn't push back her curiosity and asked the question..

Xavier heaved a sigh and looked at her with tender eyes.

"Yes I did but back then I didn't know what I wanted, I didn't know if it was love I felt for her or lust.. when she turned me down I didn't feel bad like I should and that was when I realized it wasn't love but lost.." He explained to his wife patiently and Kendall took deep breaths and smiled..

It's great to know her husband never had feelings for her before..

Xavier paused but continued to explain the situation because he doesn't want his wife to doubt him ever again...
