Indeed it's true.....nobody died from trying but a dream is crushed and life continues to fail when you give up! Hmm! Nice book, the author is precisely on point. Wow!. Talking to Marnie is going to be hard but I know she'll listen to me and if not I'll make her listen to me. I won't give up and I would never give her up or my love for her, ever. Why do I need to stay away and leave her that day? Because I need to find myself and fix me before having a family with her. And I think it's the best excuse for me for her to forgive me. I just hope she'll accept me back into her life. I need to be very optimistic about this and I know everything will turn out okay. I hope, Vicky told herself while preparing to sleep for tomorrow will be a long day for her for sure.
Marnie's team booked a flight tonight and it's at eleven p.m. Dr. Stevens needed to finish some paper works before leaving the university. Ling and her companions needed to prepare for their subject and project for the competition. Marnie, on the other hand, knew she needed Vicky to pose as her subject for her experiment and for her success on the The Digital Mind: Re-Programming. Now that she finalized her title and her project. She just needs to advise Vicky to show up at the competition and we're all good. Dr. Stevens said while waiting for everyone to board the flight. Yup, Marnie thought, I hope she'll indeed show up for me to say everything I wanted to say and how much I hated her or how much I wanted to slap her for leaving me and making me worry about her...etc. What ever!
Dr. Stevens and the team headed to the airport. Marnie and Dalia came together with Ling and Devi. Though Marnie just recently knew or got introduced with Devi, she became friends with her and Ling instantly. Dalia wanted to be close with Marnie again and now is the best time to make the move. Dalia wanted to propose to Marnie a couple of months ago before Vicky happened. And it really pissed her off when Vicky turned out to be Marnie's girlfriend and that she no longer had the chance to be with her childhood love and friend, who is eventually, Marnie. The team are so excited to fly and more over to travel to the United kingdom, especially to see London and France. Marnie really wanted to visit Paris for the Eiffel Tower, the yummy food and classy people of France. Devi is seated beside Ling who is a bit sleepy and scared of the plane taking off. Though Devis is already holding Ling's hand, she is still trembling from the anticipation, getting pretty anxious of what could happen next. Dr. Stevens and Mr. Prakash are already sitting comfortably on their seats, where Doc is reading some book that he brought out for this special occasion and the other gentleman, Mr. Prakash, is watching a movie played in the plane. I have been imagining things and thinking Vicky is here as I feel her presence somewhere. Maybe she is in London too, I just wish that she is. I miss her so much and I don't want to lose her again if ever I catch her at the competition. Dalia saw me spacing out again while looking out the plane window. Hi!, Marnie, to earth!!! Calling that cute girl since her best friend is missing her a lot these days, Dalia said while moving closer to Marnie and now hugging her tight like she doesn't want to let go of someone precious. Which is I know that I am for her, Marnie thought happily. Thanks, I'm okay, have you eaten yet?
Yes, I just had a club sandwich and a glass of chocolate milk. I missed having those from college, right, do you still remember how we often order these foods at our local restaurant?, Dali asked diligently. Yeah and it was fun when the gang is totally game for everything even if we don't have to come to class. Those were the days, haah!, Marnie added feeling secured with Dalia at the moment. Dalia, out of concern, pity and love, took Marnie's chin and kissed the scientists mouth for she really longed for her best friend again in her life, To be honest, Marnie is the only girl she ever loved this way. And I don't want her to get away. If Vicky didn't see her worth, I do and will always respect and put her needs first before mine. That's how I love Marnie. Oh, my God Dalia, you put me so high up there that I am afraid I won't be able to live up to your expectations. But thanks for the concern and love, I really appreciate it. I love you from the bottom of my heart, but I am in love with Vicky and I don't want to hurt you, never in my right mind that I would love you and not in my wildest dreams to have Vicky who is now a part of my life and I want to be my better half. I hope very soon, once I see and talk with her, wherever or whenever that is. Goodnight and sleep tight, Dal, mwah!, Marnie added kissing Dalia on the cheek. This is awkward and stupid, I should've at least paused for a bit before asking Marnie or even before proposing to her. Anyway, it's no use, she's madly in love with Vicky and I wouldn't be able to stop it unless it's a force of nature or it's the will of the universe. Either way I couldn't be so sure of Marnie's feelings towards me. Or if her feelings toward Vicky is just an infatuation or a commitment. I think Marnie made me realize that love isn't planned or choreographed between two people but uniting them with sense of mutual understanding at first, then harboring a feeling to the other of the same sex or the opposite. The same energy or connection, vibe and calmness from the couple which comes out naturally, spiritually and magically.
I am still longing for Vicky and Dalia might not be able to satisfy my needs and be able to give what I really desire in life and love. A month and a half has passed and I still miss and love Vicky. I just hope that she comes back soon for my project, and for me, or us, and move from where we have left off, and live, love and ooze that faith, hope and power for us and the world.
Love is love with no gender, class, religion and political affiliation but can be an emotion, a belief, a right and a beautiful opportunity to be one with another soul, heart, mind and life. Now I've realized that we can never choose who we love and that perfect timing is always necessary for a relationship to work out. There's a time to love, a time to quarrel and make-up, a time for romance and time apart, a time for space or self-preservation, a time for talks and a time for silence, a time for war and a time for peace, a time for sex and a time for celibacy.
We sometimes feel the need to connect with someone for the energy, the vibe and the joy talking or connecting with a person, a soul mate that is powered and chosen by divine intervention or the universe. And he or she is not just a coincidence but a key ingredient to roam your world. To have a role in your life story whether a villain or heroine, a friend or a fiend, a lover or an annoyance. But all in all they will be part of your journey through life and the adventures of being alive, living and loving for you, for your loves and for the world. We are all connected to each other in such a manner that we feel, think and act differently but still may be the same in many ways. Because we mirror each's goodness, badness, silliness or naughtiness that makes us and life more interesting, exciting and worth living for. All of us feel, experience and go through phases in life that we aren't spared whether it's greed, pain, broken heart, loss, jealousy, anger, hatred, lust or fear. T
