บท 842: The one and only

The gunshots disturbed the usually tranquil forest, causing birds to flee their nests, and other animals to rush to safety in the face of danger. Meanwhile, the humans responsible for the disturbance couldn't care less.

"Stop!" Primo yelled at the top of his lungs, his voice fading amidst the continuous echo of gunfire. He found himself stuck in a cycle of running with adrenaline surging through the ends of his nerves, hiding, and firing back. Fortunately, he hadn't been shot since the last encounter.

VROOM!

Amidst the echoes of gunfire, heavy panting, and rustling leaves, Primo heard the sound of a motorcycle. But before he could even wonder, the noise of a helicopter caressed his ears. Looking up while still running, he caught a chopper above the canopies.

"Fuck!" he cursed, clenching his teeth, eyes focused on the path ahead. 'Of course, they have a chopper ready! They are soldiers!'
