บท 1114: Dead meat

"Thank you for the concern and for coming in here…" Dominic smiled at the reporters, who were invited to the private conference room to write down the articles regarding the newly elected minister, who also survived an assassination attempt. 

The reporters eagerly listened to his every word, writing down notes, and mentally preparing themselves to beat other reports for questions. Dominic addressed the issue of his assassination attempts, his time in the hospital, and his decision to return to his post. 

"Minister Zhu, is it true that it was your assistant who orchestrated the assassination?" one of the reporters asked when the chance came. 

Dominic maintained a smile. "No."

"Then who was it?" said a few reporters in unison.
