When Heaven agreed to marry Dominic, she cut everyone off except the persistent Paula Shen. She had to use most of her life savings to pay off the agency for breaching her contract; she dismissed her manager, her assistant, her glam team, and everyone with her behind the scenes. 

She had a reason for that. 

Heaven was so ashamed and scared that she didn't want others to know she got pregnant by a man she didn't know. Her marriage was something she considered a scandal. Thus, she chose to leave the industry quietly. 

During that time, Heaven was not in the right state of mind. Fueled by the narcissistic and manipulative Paula Shen, Heaven believed everyone hated her, including her fans. Therefore, she didn't even look at her social media and muted all of them. She could've deleted the app, but somehow, she didn't for a reason even the original Heaven couldn't explain.
