A little Q/A session.
->There was a comment which said that Azazel is in the underworld because Grigori is there... My source of information is Wiki fandom, which states that
"After the Great War, the Grigori went into hiding in the Human world" That's why I created a temporary camp why? you will find out in this chapter.
->Why is Grayfia there? Again it's in the chapter...
->Why can Azazel use Senjutsu? Again it's in the chapter...
->Why was Azazel fighting with a gun? For fun... Why would he use full-powered attacks against a high-class devil... Level difference guys ... He was toying with Cale and lastly, Azazel is a research fanatic.
And lastly, Love interest===> I won't tell for now but there will only be two so no harem...
In short, this chapter is for those who were not able to connect the dots.

"Maria did you eat the cookies I just baked???" The Victorian maid was confused why her lady was asking this question... Wasn't she with Madame all the time...
"I dare not madame... I have been here with you all the time" She stuttered frightfully. Maria was a shy, naive, and innocent type of person.
Seeing her scared Venelana stopped her teasing and said "My my, I'm just teasing you silly ... Get a hold of yourself. "
"Now then... Shall we check who is the real thief.. ufu fu" Saying that Venelana left the kitchen to punish some unfortunate souls
"All the best Zeoticus-sama... Sirzcehs-sama..." Maria whispered for she saw the smile Venelana had while leaving.

"What is the meaning of this Azazel? "
Looking at Azazel in disgust Shemhazai inquired. Being the governor General Azazel was basically the face of fallen angels and today he had completely shamed their race in front of the devils.
"I'll be seizing all your stupid inventions for one year... You will not be allowed to continue this moronic behavior."
"NOOO!!! you can't do this to me" Azazel shrieked in a fake girlish manner as if to fully support his new body.
"Then I'll resign."
"Ok, I'm sorry" Observing that he could not get away this time he finally accepted Shemhazai's request nope order...
After all, he was the only capable assistant he could find. Shemhazai the Vice Governer General of fallen angels...
Seeing the shenanigans of these grown-up kids Grayfia was reminded of Sirzcehs.
She came here on Sirzech's request to look into the big explosion that happened near their territory.
She too felt the explosion was a bit too conspicuous after all today they were going to host an official meeting between the Leader of Fallen Angels and Maou Lucifer.
Both were revered within their respective races as leaders. But she knew the truth.
One wakes up with Dicks drawn on his face and the other somehow transformed into a girl.
'Why did he even make something so... so dis... so inappropriate?' She thought, and as if to satisfy her curiosity Shemhazai muttered.
"Why would you make something so stupid? And even if you really did make it, Who is dumb enough to use it on himself..."
"Wait wait... let me speak damn it "Holding his hands in the air Azazel shouted to justify himself
"I made it because I received complaints that Kokabiel was becoming a real pain in the butt~" Ignoring the crappy joke he just made he continued
"And lastly I did not use it on myself, someone else did."
"Who ?" Grayfia asked because truthfully she was now a bit interested.
There were various strange events happening around them and they all happened on the same day.
To which Azazel simply replied, "All I know is that it was the Hollow man..."
". . ."
"Azazel..."
"All right it was an invisible devil with a masked presence... seriously Shemhazai after going back I'm going to give you a lecture on how to talk to ladies."
"Shutup" was all the governor received in response from his friend.
"If its presence was concealed then how is Azazel-sama so sure that it was a devil ?"
"Call it a woman's instinct" He responded with a dirty smirk while rubbing his chin
'I miss my beard...'
Suddenly a voice echoed "Be serious Azazel" following which a magic circle lit up in the center of the room.
Seeing the sigil on the magic circle Grayfia swiftly moved forward in order to welcome the other party.
The meeting was officially starting. Both, the leaders of two races were now gathered with their assistants
Maou Lucifer- Sirzcehs
Governor General- Azazel
Seeing the crimson-haired maou appear Azazel smiled and continued while removing a silver bracelet from his/her arm.
He continued gleefully"Ta dah~ This my friends is a Senjutsu-based bracelet... I invented it with the help of a certain Monkey..."
While he was working on his prototype Gender-Bender gun this bracelet notified him of an intruder near his door.
"And then the fight happen and the explosion that attracted you lot."
"Of course, I won~"
'Yeah, it does look like he won...' Grayfia thought.
"So now we have our culprit ... An invisible Devil... How do we even find him?" Shemhazai muttered to which again Azazel gleefully replied
"Aha! We cannot" showing off his bracelet he continued with a smirk
"But this can. "
"Sirzcehs sama it might be possible that this guy is also the culprit behind your bad day" Grayfia concluded with a poker face reminding Sirzechs of his today's bad experience.
First, he was embarrassed due to some inappropriate markings on his face then he was framed for something he never did.
He remembered how his father came to warn him
"Runaway comrade... Before destruction knocks at your door..." he was confused at first, why his father suddenly ran away after saying that but soon he got his confusion cleared up in a really comfortable way...
"Ufu fu~" Sirzechs remembers the laugh very well, The dreaded laugh...
Anyways coming back to the present they decided to start the important matter for which they were actually gathered.
Though unanimously both of them decided to pay back what they suffered.
They desired Vengeance.
As the meeting was going on Grayfia was suddenly jolted by a magic communication circle.
As the connection was established she heard Maria from the other side.
In a distraught and nervous manner, Maria stuttered.

"Grayfia-sama ... Cale-sama... he... he is not breathing"

"Huh ?"

Hope this clear ups all the confusion. This chapter was supposed to be about Cale and the cat but let's expect that from the next one.
Comment what you think if it does not affect the plot I'll try to rectify it but if it is going to be nonsense like adding more girls as LI.
