บท 19: Chapter 19: Ice and Thunder
Two streamers flew in the sky one black and one white flew form the conference hall in north Europe the Federation Capital London.
Where ever they passed they turned the eyes of people on the ground and followed that the weather started to change there was snow and lightning like an after effect of the two strongest humans.
The media and people started to click images and videos and post them on social media.
The two streamers flew to every major city on Earth and again came back to Europe in front of the Federation Hall which was surrounded by reporters and people as this all started form here.
The two of them stopped in the air by Leo standing on an Ice plate for surrounded by Lightning and Prathamesh by Ice making them look like lord of Ice and Thunder.
Today a normal day on Earth was turned into a snowy thunder storm for the whole earth and even the hottest places on earth received snow for the first time.
Two of them landed in front of the eight people who had now recovered their image.
As both of their appearance was made clear all the people's eyes were filled with amazement and admiration and the super humans were awed.
Their picture was taken and posted on Instagram and named as Lord of Ice and Thunder which was quickly liked by 8 billion people.
As both of them landed they nodded towards the other members and walked towards the reporters.
Many questions were bombarded on them.
This time instead of Leo Prathamesh spoke
"Okay Quiet down I will answer all your question later."
The heavy and cold voice made everyone shiver and the scene quieted down…
"First all you should know me I am Prathamesh Chavan you all can me call Frosty, a Grade four superhuman, Yes we have not yet broken through grade 5, even we have not reached peak of grade 4.
I will give some common knowledge about Grade 4. All superhumans will awaken an attribute after reaching peak of Grade 3 and starting to attacking Grade four that stage we call as Quasi Grade 4, and the main focus of Grade four is on it, but first you all need to be familiar to your attribute and then you can use your soul to modify it in to various shapes as for me I made it into Jet engine and Leo turned into a lightning bolt vehicle where he can stand on lightning and fly in air. Now if you have any questions you all can ask."
Many hands were raised as they were afraid of speaking.
This time Leo continued as saying this much was already too much for Prathamesh.
Leo picked a beautiful lady who asked with happiness.
"Sir, if you said that your powers can be modified can you all make it something similar to tentacle monster?"
Leo nodded "Yes we can do that but we will demonstrate now after this question session ends."
Then he pointed to a young male reporter, "Sir Can you tell us how to break through grade four."
Leo smiled "There is no other way work hard."
Then he pointed to a serious middle aged man.
"Sir I want to ask that this all you have done was a demonstration of power?"
This question was like a slap in face for two of them but they were unaffected.
This time Leo didn't answered only smiled and a cold voice sounded "You shall know yourself tomorrow."
And then both of them were lifted into air by a sheet of ice and then a skeleton started to form from Ice and soon its muscles and skin was made.
There was a 50 feet tall giant ice man standing in the lawn with his hand lifted towards the sky with a globe in it.
Leo released a bolt of lightning in the sky and the sky changed and lightning started to fall of the globe.
Two of them turned into streamers and disappeared the only proof of them existed were the statue and lightning weather.

The news channels as if gaining news started to write and some live broadcasted many of them talked about the last question.
Many questions were left in the minds of people many were in fear, some said that the feudal era will begin and many such rumors started.
But the eight members of HF didn't think so as they knew both people didn't liked to rule people. But they too were clue less.
Only few channels did not participate in that.

A day later.
A meteorologist was looking the reading with shock and called his superior and spoke
"Sir this is unbelievable.'
"What?"
"The global temperature has dropped by 2 degrees and the most important thing is that the ozone layer is restored by more that 5 percent and this number are improving."
"Impossible how."
The meteorologist membered that the sentence said by the lord of ice. Which rang in his ears "You will see tomorrow."
And said "The lords of Ice and thunder did this the temperature was cooled and lightning created more ozone this is amazing they both truly are doing this for earth."

This new was released which made every new channel who questioned both of them had a slap in face and they started a broadcast to apologies to two of them but after the apology as if they vanished from the face of Earth never appeared again.
This made all the news channels and big companies feel the horror of Human Federation.
Next day even people realized that the Earth has cooled down and people were deeply awe of their power.
There were advertisement of electric cars, utensils tools etc. everywhere and most importantly their cost was lower than the petroleum ones.
Everyone started a frenzy of buying after the promotion.

Two people were eating a steak with relish.
Leo "Finally something good and fulfilling."

For this two days Kim and Eve were not present here because they were envious of their abilities and started to practice their energy manipulation both of them were not keen of fighting but both were still catching up with two off them as they wanted to set an example for females but the thing was their power were not suitable in space as one needed air to be as a carrier and other needed to carry metals with her, they couldn't do anything even if they want so they started a University pure for superhumans and it will only take students below than twenty five and those who excel.
The university was started under Federation and named as Hope University.

The creation of University made public and roosters were sent when people started to read the rooster many were attracted by the facilities of the University.
Two Grade Four Principal.
10 Grade 3 Teachers
Nutrition for Superhuman and Terrestrial Grade food.
Training facilities, Etc.
But the main attraction was the Lecture for top students by the two Lords of Ice and Thunder which made countless young people's eyes burn with fire and passion as the concept of manipulating Earths weather was strongly rooted in their minds.
But the conditions of Reaching Grade 2 in four months made many feel helpless as they were regarded as top talents in superhumans but it was expected, there was also recruitment notice for those who reached Grade 2 in 5 months but they were in second category.

Today was the in inauguration ceremony of Hope university and all the people were buy and even the 8 department chiefs were visiting it. Both Eve and Kim were super busy and the ten Grade 3 superhumans were similar to them they were not too keen in fighting leaving the two form military rest were form other professions. They were called up by the recruitment and applied for the job and they were fascinated by the conditions especially the Terrestrial Grade food which made them salivate as normal food cannot provide them energy after Grade 3.
They were also busy with the process.
After all the VIP were seated and only two chairs were left and almost everyone on the scene knew who were they for and expected them to make an exciting entrance but that did not happened as Everyone saw four People coming from the University building two male and Female talking with each other.
This scene made everyone deepen their conception of both women as how close they were with the strongest people on Earth.
As four of them greeted the acquaintances they separated.
Prathamesh and Leo sat at their places and the inauguration ceremony began.
With introduction speeches and other things were carried on our two main protagonists were getting bored and they discussed between them decided to gift a thing they had recently researched on.
Finally after an hour the ceremony ended.

Yena who had finished their speech looked at both of them saw both were about to doze off and smiled but Eve who was near her felt pity for the two guys as that was here signature smile when she wanted to do something.
Yena then looked at Eve and spoke "Eve if these two guys didn't give us a good gift I want you to help me in doing some pranks on them."
Eve nodded as she was still not used to talking even if she gained it, but she will never back out of Yena's pranks as she too enjoyed seeing the faces off those two when pranked, as Leo was pranked by making him sleep in the VR pod and shown the destruction of earth where his whole house was then blasted by lightning, and the cold faced Prathamesh was thrown into a group of politicians with a mask where his face turned blue by seeing people lie with straight face and talking about various ideals which made his mind explode.

As the gift were presented at last came the chance two of them and they both went together and this time Eve and Yena came forward to receive the gifts as a respect for them but when both of them saw Yena's smile their smiles twitched for a moment.
As there was speech to be said Prathamesh was out of it and Leo spoke into the mic.
Leo "Well Today is a great day, as the first University specially made for Super Humans was started today and I give my heartfelt congratulations two Eve Fernandez and Kim Yena, And I am waiting to meet the students who excel in the group of best of best."
Then he looked at Prathamesh and nodded.
"I think the People expect us to give some special gifts for the university and we have decided to give one."
There was huge open Land behind the University building.
And two people flew to two sides with a distance of hundred meters between them.
And then an energy storm radiated form two of them
