บท 311: Life and death

The woman brought Yin Zhu to another building which was built at quite some distance from the one that was sitting in the centre of the large cliff which was covered with forest. As Yin Zhu followed after the woman, her eyes fell on the wolverine that was prowling around the building, its mean black eyes snapped up when he heard the sound of human footsteps—— and maybe it was Yin Zhu's imagination but the wolverine seemed to have growled, but then her eyes fell to its bottom and she saw its furry abdomen rumbling when he looked at her, from this alone, Yin Zhu knew that this wolverine remembered her. 

As a prey that escaped its clutches. 

A loud gulp went down her throat as she rolled her throat taking a few steps away from the wolverine, she hoped that the wolverine would not pounce on her because becoming a pile of minced meat was not on her list tonight.
